Warranty:

All Elegant Wood Works products are warranted for one year against mechanical defects such as broken hinges, loose magnets, etc. Elegant Wood Works will repair any such defect if the item is returned to Elegant Wood Works. Sorry, we cannot pay for shipping and handling. Please let us know how to bill for the return shipping.

All Elegant Wood Works’ products are manufactured mostly or entirely from natural wood products. Natural wood is subject to certain defects, such as cracking, which are not the responsibility of Elegant Wood Works and is just the nature of the items.

Elegant Wood Works is not responsible for lost or stolen items not in our control.

Elegant Wood Works is not responsible for items lost by common carriers, but we will put in a claim for the value of such items.
