1) Are the products made in USA?

Yes, all of the wooden products from Elegant Wood Works are handcrafted in the San Francisco bay area.

2) How long does it take to receive my ring box order?

If the ring box is in stock we can have it completed 2-3 business days. You can choose how quickly you want your ring box shipped out during your checkout process.

If your ring box is not in stock it will take about 3 weeks to build your customized ring box from scratch.

3) How many characters can I use for the engraving?

You can use almost as many as you want just realize that the engraving plate for engagement ring box is only 1.25” diameter and you still want to be able to read the engraving. The website only allows for 40 characters but if you feel like you want more please email me at zvi@elegantwoodworks.net. The engraving plate is located on the bottom of the ring box and comes in 3 different colors, Brass, Nickel, and Black.

4) Can I pay with a Credit Card?

Yes, with Google Checkout you will be able to enter your credit card information.

5) Will the engagement ring box fit in my pocket?

Yes, the engagement ring boxes were designed to fit easily in your pocket to bring with your to your special location for your proposal. The measurements of the box are 2in diameter and 1.5in tall. Also the engagement ring box comes in a small pouch to help protect it from scratches.

6) Why would you use a wedding ring box instead of the traditional pillows?

Typically wedding pillows are used in a wedding and then stored or thrown away after the wedding. A wedding ring box can hold the wedding bands during the wedding then can be used at home to store the rings. You many want to take off your ring while you do gardening or horseback riding or working out etc… You will be able to pick out a wood and velvet insert that will match your wedding theme. It also acts as an art piece like a nice jewelry box.
